The New Journal February 19, 1991 David V. Camack, 44, of South 21st Street, Philadelphia, formerly of Lindamere near Fox Point, Del., died Wednesday of a stroke in Methodist Hospital, Philadelphia, after collapsing last Thursday. Mr. Camack, a Wilmington native, graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1965. He was active in the drama club and baseball team. He graduated from the University of Richmond (Va.) and later served in the Army Reserve. He worked at Bank of Delaware for several years, and later in sales. He is survived by his longtime friend, Arlene Conroy of Philadelphia; his parents, David W. and Beryl Camack of Lindamere; a sister, Donna E. Bruce of Bellefonte, Del.; and his maternal grandmother, Enid Metcalf of Sydney, Australia. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Beeson Memorial The family suggests memorial contributions to the Salvation Army, Wilmington. |
